​​Soleva Consulting was born from a simple idea: recruitment should be personal, purposeful, and driven by quality — not volume. After years of working in the recruitment industry, I saw a gap in how renewable energy companies were supported in attracting and securing the right talent. Fast-growing businesses needed more than just CVs — they needed a partner who understands the industry, the region, and the people behind the roles.
Since launching, Soleva has helped clients across the DACH region fill complex and strategic roles while building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and real results.
About Me

I’m Lara, the founder of Soleva Consulting — a dedicated recruitment and talent partner for the renewable energy sector across the DACH region.
​
With a background in psychology and a Master’s degree from King’s College London in Mental Health Studies, I’ve always been fascinated by what motivates people and how they thrive in the right environment. My experience in 360° recruitment — combined with my half-German, half-Turkish roots and international outlook from living in London — helps me connect with people across cultures and truly understand what both companies and candidates are looking for.

Over the years, I’ve partnered with leading names in solar, wind, and clean energy, helping them hire top talent for roles that are often niche and hard to fill. I take a personal, thoughtful approach to every search — focused on long-term relationships, not just placements. I ask the right questions, listen closely, and stay transparent throughout the process.
